Gavin believes in the resiliency and potential of the human body, which allows individuals to live their best lives through meaningful activities. He enjoys working with active individuals of all ages and is passionate about maximizing their inner athlete through education and empowerment. Gavin likes to lead by example by living an active lifestyle while prioritizing strength training and fitness.

Outside of the clinic, Gavin enjoys CrossFit style training, snowboarding, cooking, and going on adventures with his wife, Roxanne, and their two dogs, Buddy and Holly.

Dr. Gavin is a Physical Therapist, board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) located in Denver, CO.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Cal Lutheran University, as well as a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. Gavin also completed Rancho Physical Therapy’s Orthopedic Residency Program and is among less than 10% of all physical therapists to have earned a board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist

Dr. Lauren Van Valkenburgh
PT, DPT, M.HA, CF-L2

Outside of the clinic, Lauren is an avid amateur ultra runner, CrossFitter, bread baker, and puzzler. She loves spending as much time as she can with her pups, Tato and Reggie.

Dr. Lauren is a Physical Therapist with experience in orthopedic conditions, but specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation, and running. She has a Bachelors degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. 

Her passion lies at the intersection of musculoskeletal, pelvic health and physical well-being. Her specialized training and experience in working with runners and people with pelvic floor dysfunction have supported her desire to help people fearlessly and painlessly do the things they love.
